This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") describes how Mind Unwired Ltd collects and processes customers' personal information. The processing of personal data takes into account the applicable legislation and is in accordance with the data protection principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

2) PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We only collect and process personal data that is necessary for the conduct of our business, the management of the customer relationship and other relevant purposes.

We process personal data for the purpose of billing and receiving invoices. In this case, the basis for processing personal data is a legal obligation, a contract and a legitimate interest.

4. Service development, security and internal reporting 

We also process personal data to ensure the security, quality improvement and development of the customer relationship and the website. We may also use personal data to compile internal reports for management for the proper management of our business. In these cases, the processing of personal data is based on legitimate interests.

5. Compliance with the law

We process your personal data to comply with legal obligations, for example, in relation to accounting or to comply with requests for information from public authorities.  In these cases, the processing of personal data is based on a legal obligation.

6. Other purposes for which you have consented

We will also process your personal data for other purposes if you have given your consent to such processing.  In such cases, the processing is based on consent.

For those processing operations based on legitimate interests, we have developed a balancing test to ensure the accuracy of the processing.

A personal data processing agreement (DPA) has been drawn up with the processors or the processing of personal data is specified in the actual agreement. We provide guidance to processors and ensure that personal data are processed correctly and fairly.

4) TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EU OR ETA

If the processing of your data requires the transfer of data outside the EU or EEA, we will use appropriate safeguards. We may transfer personal data outside the EU or EEA in situations where our partners or their subcontractors are located outside these areas.

5) STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data will be kept only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of use specified in this notice. 

Personal data is kept for the duration of the customer relationship. Personal data may also be retained, where necessary, after the end of the customer relationship to the extent permitted or required by applicable law. For example, after the end of the customer relationship, we typically retain personal data necessary to respond to claims or lawsuits. We also retain personal data to the extent necessary to comply with any direct marketing ban you have issued.

Personal information will be deleted when it is no longer necessary to retain it to comply with the law or to carry out the rights or obligations of either party.
