Terms of Delivery

Welcome to Mind Unwired Oy online store! We are committed to providing you with our high-quality PIILO® products and ensuring a smooth delivery process. Please read our terms of delivery carefully.

1. General information: webstore and products

  • The online store sells registered PIILO® products, handmade in Finland. By placing an order at the online store the customer agrees to accept and comply with these terms, including any instructions by MindUnwired Oy pursuant to these terms related to, for instance, delivery or returns. 

  • all product prices are in euros (EUR, €) and include the applicable VAT, unless mentioned otherwise. Mind Unwired Oy reserves the right to change our prices shown in the online store, as well as any possible typographical and pricing errors. 

2. Order Processing and Payments

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days, and typically shipped on Mondays. 

  • Payments: Payments in the online store are securely transmitted by Stripe. Stripe is an international, reliable payment provider that offers multiple payment methods such as payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is charged at the time of order and payment information is processed via an encrypted connection. Stripe operates as a registered payment institution and meets EU security requirements.

3. Shipping

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping.

  • Shipping Areas: We ship to Finland, Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Austria, Greece, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Poland, France, Romania, Sweden, Germany, Slovenia, Denmark, Czech Republic, Hungary and Estonia. If your location is not listed, please contact our customer service for assistance.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. These costs will be displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery 

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier delivery times (standard shipping). 

  • While we strive for normal and reasonable delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately: sari@mindunwired.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5. International Orders

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs.

  • Customs Clearance: Please be aware that customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

6. Return Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please find detailed instructions below.

  • Return Process and requirements: 

    • First, you must inform us of the return via email within 14 days from receipt to: sari@mindunwired.com. Kindly include a) order number and b) the item(s) from the order you wish to return. 

    • Secondly, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us. 

    • The item(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. 

    • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

  • Refunds: We will issue a refund once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

  • Damaged items: if the item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately, but in no event later than 7 days from receipt at: sari@mindunwired.com. We’ll then send you replacement and refund instructions.

  • Exclusions: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

7. Legal matters

  • We treat customer data confidentially and comply with the current EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information is used to process orders and maintain the customer relationship. Read more in our privacy policy

  • All rights are reserved pertaining to all the products, brand names, design and content in the online store, including but not limited to PIILO trademarks and copyrights. 

  • Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: the online store operates under the laws of Finland. The aim is to resolve any disputes primarily through negotiations. The consumer may, if he or she so wishes, refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).
