5 Things To Do Off Your Phone.
Most of us spend too much time on our phones... scrolling, tapping, watching, listening. Before you know it, it’s been hours and you've done absolutely nothing.
1. Pick up a book. Paper books, the ones that smell nice. Reading helps you to learn, escape and relax.
2. Touch grass not glass. Go for a walk outside. Breathe in that fresh air. Walking, even for 10 minutes can lift your mood too.
3. Play a card game or board game. Solitaire, Monopoly, Chess
4. Call someone you haven't spoken to for a while. Yes you’ll need your phone for this but actually talking to someone will feel much better than texting.
5. Start a journal. Reflect on the day, write down your thoughts and goals.
