From Intention to Action. A Plan for Clarity and Less Noise.
Last week, I was chatting with a runner friend about training plans. It’s natural to have a training plan for running. So why not also plan for a clearer mind by planning to cut down screen time?
Building better phone habits isn’t easy. Our brains crave quick rewards, and smartphones are designed to deliver. But we also know that we can train and rewire our brains. What fires together, wires together.
Like physical training, start small and keep showing up. Plan for screen free thinking time in exactly the same way that a runner plans to run. See how much fitter your mind can get. And remember, to slip up is human. If you don't stick to the plan once or twice, that's OK. It's returning to plan that counts.
