How Treating Your Mobile Phone Usage Like Food (!) Might Just Help Reduce Your Screen Time.

Very recently (April 2025), a nice chap called Richard from Swiftfilms reached the end of this tether with his mobile phone. His too-high screen time was driving him bonkers.

So, to try to make things better, Richard (amongst other things) started treating his mobile phone... like food. Richard applied food dieting and food fasting principles - to mobile phone usage. This 8 minute YouTube video explains more.
